What can I use today?

Today you can read about Wrong Train, try a short demo on the landing page, and request an invite. The product itself is not open to the public.

The public website is a single landing page at wrongtrain.com, plus this help center. Wrong Train, a private evidence workspace, is in closed preview and opens in small groups, by invite only. You do not need an account to read the website or this help center.

What you can do today

• Read the landing page. It explains what Wrong Train is and how it is meant to work, on one page with no menu. Apart from the invite email link, it does not link to other pages or sites.
• Try the demo. The "Separate the layers" button works on a synthetic example record. The record is made up, and the button only changes how the page displays it.
• Request an invite. The "Request an invite" link opens a draft email in your own email app. It sends nothing by itself; you decide whether to send it. Before you do, read What not to send. Requesting access explains the details.
• Read this help center. It explains the public website, what a preview means, and the limits of the service. Its search box runs in your browser and does not send what you type.

What is not available to the public

• The Wrong Train iPhone app is in closed preview, by invite only. The website has no download link for it.
• SESHAT, the analysis layer described on the landing page, is part of the same closed preview and is not publicly available.
• The public website has no accounts, sign-in, or registration.
• The landing page has no forms and no billing or payment option.

This help center does not include instructions for creating records, uploading evidence, managing subscriptions, or exporting account data, because none of those are available to the public. Help for a feature is added here only once that feature is publicly available and verified.

Previews and prototypes

The landing page describes Wrong Train in closed preview, and its example record is an illustration, not a working product. Any mention of a preview or prototype describes development or limited-access work, not something every visitor can use. Understanding previews and prototypes explains the difference.

If something does not work

If a page does not load or a link is broken, see A page or link is not working or use the Contact page. Include the page address and a short description of what happened.

What not to send

Whether you are requesting an invite or reporting a website problem, do not send passwords, access tokens, private records, personal histories, or details about other people. The Contact page has more on this.
