Finding your way around the website
The public Wrong Train website is one landing page you read from top to bottom, and this help center has its own address.
The public Wrong Train website is a single landing page at wrongtrain.com. You read it from top to bottom. There is no navigation menu, no sign-in, no account area, no form, and no app download link. Selecting the Wrong Train name at the top of the page brings you back to the top.
The landing page, section by section
The sections appear in this order:
- Opening statement. A short description of Wrong Train as a private evidence workspace.
- The problem. The problem Wrong Train is meant to address.
- The method. Three layers, followed by a worked example on a made-up record. Pressing Separate the layers changes how the example is shown on your screen. It is a demonstration only and does not involve any real record.
- The workspace. The iPhone app and the private workspace behind it.
- The analyst. SESHAT, the analysis layer.
- The rules. The operating rules the landing page lists for the product in closed preview. They are statements about the product, not policies for this website. Any published website policies are listed under Policies.
- Access. Wrong Train is in closed preview, by invite only.
- Footer. A notice that Wrong Train is not a legal, clinical, or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
The iPhone app, the private workspace, and SESHAT are in closed preview. They are not publicly available, and nothing on the public website opens them.
The Request an invite link
Request an invite appears near the top of the page and again in the access section. It opens your own email app with a draft invite request. Nothing is sent until you send the draft yourself. For details, see Requesting access.
